Career Pathways: Legal Studies

This session will explore the diverse broad range of legal careers available to graduates of SoPA’s General Legal Studies Program, based upon the real-life experiences of our program alumni. The session will be moderated by Robyn Ice, J.D., M.F.A., Professor of Practice and Director of the General Legal Studies Program, who will lead a dynamic discussion with the following panelists:

  • Clare Donovan, Intellectual Property Paralegal (SoPA Alumna ‘14, Paralegal Studies)
  • Jonathan Foster, J.D., Law Office of Lewis-Crawford (SoPA Alum ’18, General Legal Studies; Tulane Law School ‘20)
  • Kym A. Hawkins, Records Management City of New Orleans (SoPA Alum ‘96, Paralegal Studies) 
  • Jenna Nunmaker, Paralegal, Herman, Herman & Katz, LLC (SoPA Alum ‘18, Paralegal Studies)
